I think your tin foil hat might be slipping off again, there FishCamp

But I'll add my pet peeve. Ravens squawking away above your tent at around five in the morning after a night of partying with Captain Morgan !

my new to canada neighbours called in a boiler repair guy,, said the pipes were making a loud noise through the house. ha! lil peckers!

The 'pecker that had been obsessed with the downspout outside our bedroom committed suicide trying to fly thru a window.

Timing was good as we put him in the ground with my daughter's dead cat. Good times in Valhalla.

whats the best way to repair 20' virtical ceader 8" sidding?i have 2 holes the size of 2" and 6 others where they pecked through to the tar paper.I put a 20' ladder up with ribbons, and now home to make repair and paint ,i was thinking red ceader saw dust mixed with glue to fill holes .yes they are still active drumming on everyones B-vents.

You need to use a wood filler two part epoxy. It cures rock hard and isn't air or water permeable. The saw dust and glue would probably work, the epoxy is better. Should be available at most good hardware stores. I've bought it at Slegg Lumber for this exact purpose when I was fixing up a multi-unit strata buildings exterior. It was speced by the envelope engineer. Then paint it to match after.
Cheers
