Durabait....Looked at their site.....made in Victoria......WiseBuys seems to be the only dealer.....they use a Krippled teaser head.

Anybody tried them?

What's the verdict?

Used the Tigre prawn in winter harbour last year, it worked great till a spring ripped the line out of it. I've tried a few time off sooke with no success nothing was working so tough to tell.

I don't see "Tiger Prawn" listed in their colors....nothing there that even looks like it.....

The Durabait looks like Baitrix sort of..........

Trotac marine in victoria started carrying them this year. They have various colors and have dura baits strips which I believe is new?

Tried an anchovy durabait Father's Day and caught a 6 lb feeder after flogging the spoons for hours. The bait caught a fish the first pass. I bought it cause it had a bit of the old Betsy color scheme. I used the needlefish last year i had some success as well. Found the hooks are.... well they are not my favorite.

Picked up a feeder on Constance in rockdogs boat on needlefish durabait last week.

How do you get the line through the needlefish? Use some kind of big needle ? Would the needlefish work in a Jughead?

I'm not sure Seafever. I've only only the durabait a few times, but I've never had to replace the line. You do have to pull the line a bit to put a bend in it, so it rolls like an anchovy in a teaser head. I've caught a few fish with it.
