I dont no about that but, Irec did release a few years ago that 50% of chinook are harvested through guided operations. This was before all the south coast and ECVI restrictions.

You just always see 3 or 4 dudes on a charter every day, my guess is that a lot of them won't go more than a couple days a year, and that guide is out 200 days a year. Lots of 1 day licenses. Not that this matters, was just a thought.
