stainless steel frame. a quality chair unlike aluminum frames where the aluminum bolts shear. no manufacturer noted but the same fabric, colour, piping is on a Seachoice chair. no ss chairs seem to be available currently and may not be ordered by dealers in the Spring. my boat is sold and this chair has never been on board nor used. $225.
