Dead Motor Disposal - GONE

I've got an old 2 stroke 15hp Evinrude motor that will not start for me.
I think I know what is wrong with it and where to get the parts but, I have just had enough over the years playing around and fixing it.
Time for a new motor.
So, what do I do with the old motor?
Where to take it for disposal?

I did that with a Suzuki with a $20 taped to cowl and still nobody would take it!?!?

Post it for $150 on marketplace I don’t understand why but if it’s free people don’t seem as interested I think they tend to believe there’s too much to fix? “Was running doesn’t start now $150obo.”
