I’ve had a dash cam for over 2 years. Yesterday, I had car back into me in a parking lot. So, finally I figured my dash cam footage would be of use. Unfortunately after looking at the footage, my camera had stopped recording seconds before the accident. Turns out I had a motion sensor setting turned on that would automatically shut off after a few minutes and then start up again.
So, whichever brand/model you go with, be sure it’s set up correctly and you won’t have to learn the hard way!

i am thinking about installing one on the boat for when all them eagle nook boats show up on the tack.
