A darn shame if it's torn down.
Moving the art to the front of a condo development would make it pointless. Too bad they can't preserve the house (which gives the art focus) too. The small lot, small lawn, hemmed in by the parking lot all contribute to the feeling.
Progress isn't always for the better.
