I'm going to try them out in the pressure cooker next time. Steam them in there and see what happens.

Works great! 3 min steam is all you need.

Last few times I steamed my cleaned crab in the instapot. Works great!

What do you guys do with leftover shells and gils? I've tried throwing in some shrimps in the pot and all of my leftover stuff from crab to make stock, came out great!

Did a bbq with folks from local running community, had some of the best shrimp I've had in a while Kinda lucky that I decided to get a pair of Topo shoes ( https://rununited.com/topo-athletic/ ) exactly from that store a few years back, community been absolutely amazing!

I absolutely love crab bisque. A life time ago I served at the cannery here in town, and they left the crab bisque unguarded for us to serve directly since we sold so much of it, along with chowder. Chef was always asking wtf we went through so much bisque and crab meat for each bowl when we old sold less than 40 upstairs? Haha...in your face, Bud Kanke!!
