My thoughts exactly even the legendary teenage nephew would have a tough time with a trap that heavy.

Wouldn't have to worry about someone in a little tinny coming out and stealing you crabs or trap. TF

With the amount crab traps lost, poached and stolen IMHO it doesn't make sense to spend too much $ on crab traps as the cheaper, lighter ones fish just as well. Buy the expensive ones if you can watch over them otherwise I say go with cheaper ones.
