Well these clowns got what they deserved - some hefty fines.

Unfortunately the fine is probably not big enough to deter this type of behaviour. At 10 guests per boat it's probably only a couple of charters worth of money. Operators like these have been raping the Straight for years now. I agree, take the boat.
