Love my masterbuilt cold smoke adapter. It works much better that the Bradley unit I had before going to masterbuilt.

For anyone like me in a condo who can't have a smoker and would like their salmon cold smoked, I highly recommend Masa's smokehouse in North Van. Ive been using them a couple years. I think the price is about $4.50lb plus a dollar per vac bag. 15lb minimum. They will take whole fish or fillets. It's a hole in the wall cash only place.
