On the ferry between Swartz Bay and Tsawwassen a few days ago. Saw this small boat pass right in front of the ferry in Active pass. Not sure if he did not know the ferry was behind him or what. He sure cut it close.
Odd thing is he exited the pass and turned right out into the strait so why come over to the left side as although farther ahead he had to cross the path of the ferry again.
