Cannon to Scotty mount

I just bought an Ace line hauler with a Cannon base. I have Scotty mounts on my boat. Is there an adaptor to mount the Cannon style onto Scotty base? My online searching leads to adapters to go the opposite way.

Either that, or cut off the Cannon base from the puller and have a Scotty style fabricated and welded on.
