CANADIAN NATIONAL HALI-DAY.

There will be a deceleration of right and opportunity announced in the coming months. Canadians will no longer be bound by an unfair division, that of an internationally known fish. Halibut are a food source for all Canadians, fruit of ownership does not exist in law until the fish has been killed and retained, thereby equaling an illegal tender as per 88/12 division in Canada as shared by the commercial and sport fishers.

In the coming months we will have a publicized halibut catch and kill fishery on a day that will maximize effort in protest.

I, Robert Van Pelt, of Nanaimo, BC Canada, from today(Sept.11/11) on every effort from today on forward, make deceleration that if fishing in the tidal waters of BC, I will catch and kill for food any halibut caught for that purpose and gain of retention for that purpose.

I will intentionally call local DFO in order to inspect, measure and weigh for the purpose of information, and to record my catch.

My purpose and intention for angling is for food purposes only. My intentions are both legal and lawful, as per my understanding, and as my right as noted as written in our earliest LAW, my intentions as I understand them to be.

Commit to a date, let's all do this - I am sick of doing **** all by myself. JOIN ME!

They will simply confiscate the Halibut and maybe the gear used to catch it, issue you a fine or
possible a summons to appear in court.
I don't disagree with your logic , but personally i don't need the hassle.:(

Do you mean declaration instead of deceleration? Im not trying to troll, Im just confused.

i will join in a protest fishery, but i will be doing it out of my cartopper and not my fishing boat,, just in case the the idiots decide to confiscate my boat and gear,, so charter special reel, beat up old ugly stick with missing eyes and a **** on dfo t-shirt will be gear of choice for the day.

Is that your real name?
