Hey im all for it i hate those bastards but make sure you know the S*&% you will get in if you get caught. I heard there looking for people shootin them up in campbell river and the fines huge. Gear/boat confiscated. They caught a guy this year so heads up.

Yea it's been pretty bad out this year. It's extra hard on us when the fishing is spotty like it's been the last couple of days.
Just this morning I saw a fellow sealed, and considering that it was already a nasty day out there, that was a pretty low blow - somebody ought to tell those seals to fight fair. Har har.
On the bright side I have a native buddy who has an 11 alotment for seals this year and since the guests are few this week I might get a chance take him out later on.
