It's a 3 hour time difference LOL I go to school here in Ottawa...and plan on visiting Mr Duncan should he be around next week during my reading week to rip up my Conservative membership card in front of him.

You would have better luck catching Duncan outside the parliament buildings.. His office told me today he is in Ottawa.

I called Shea's Office and got through right away, they are listening and the call is free. I would suggest that all of you who are concerned about your right to catch halibut and sport fish in general for that matter call and let them know your viewpoint. Try to be civil and control your emotions. Call before noon.

Glad you lost it and I am also surprised they listened without hanging up. I will be calling on Monday and while I will attempt to not loose it all bets are off after about 30 seconds.
