I am sure it just me, but how crappy can customer service get.
I call them up to get new seats for my boat.....Finally, its about time I know... So I tell them I need them here by Friday. I get told to order them online and pay the extra $10 and have them sent within 2-3 days. Great I think... I get a email the next day asking for an additional $164 for shipping. What a joke.... So I call them. There is no way for sure they can get them to get them here by Friday.
I could have couriered them my self cheaper and had them already.
What really made me happy is when I found out the seats were just on sale last week.
