Got a Bradley smoker recently. I've just done my first two batches of smoked salmon and now the question of cleaning the inside of the smoker comes up.
To clean or not to clean - that is the question. I've washed the grills, deflector, tray and water bowl - but what of the walls of the smoker itself?
What do you other Bradley folks do in this regard?
