Boxing Week Sales

Just looked up the specs online. The one at Cabelas is 18,000 BTU. Crappy tire’s model is 9000 BTU only but more than enough for my deck space. I’m heading out to the store now.

Thanks for posting this, Sir Vivor. :)
Yup have one in my 21ft Striper rag top and it heats it up on low all winter lol ...

This is tempting at Cabelas
Heard the add for this one on the radio yesterday. That's a huge amount of $ off! Mentioned it to my wife and she said she doesn't like dehydrated food. I've never seen her even try a piece of dehydrated food in 25 years lol so I think she just doesn't want more kitchen gadgets taking up more room  Anyone know how jerky turns out in these? We usually do the old school wet brine, hang dry then smoke jerky but I was thinking about these dehydrators for jerky and for fruits etc

@treblig has a post about candied salmon in the bigger brother of that dehydrator. Hard to pass up on that much money off in the smaller one.

Just picked up a couple of crab traps for $99 each, on sale from $149 at Cabela's.
Which ones? I'm looking for some good heavy round but collapsible ones. Anyone ever tried those prawn and crab traps?

Cabelas just hit my Visa for $1000, not a need but who can say no to them deals. Most was reloading stuff, handful of jigs, did get 4 trail cameras for spying on them big rubs next year. TD Performance also had a couple good things my truck will like. Husky liners for $120 Cnd to my door. My 5 late Xmas boxes are in the mail.
