Bottom painting advise

Hi. Anyone have a good aluminum bottom painter in Vancouver area? Looking for a top level job for an aluminum.
Also are you allowed to have your boat bottom painted in the USA with the better product and bring the boat back across?

You pay for the haul out from GI boat yard, they pressure wash the bottom, put it on blocks, and R&R will re-coat it for you. They have the good stuff still.

The $ is haul out (and in) and yard storage, plus R&R cost to paint the bottom.
