It's always been that way for the valley .run off pidgon lk-black lk and into comox drinking water nothing new. Thats why cumberland has so many beer parlors so the rest of the valley has drinking water.i think the water pickup tube is in the FFo of the puntlage between the dams behind bevan hostel .some trails there have 3' of water on them.have to ask yourself where all the slime algae that populates the river is fertilized from, lake to sea .rosewall water was refreshing.
