I have a 36' ocean going sailboat and with downriggers makes for a very comfortable day on the water. I am based in Comox, retired and have no prob putting out an invite for forum members to come along for the day. However, I am wondering about all this legal stuff you hear about these days on liability. Seems a shame an enjoyable day on the water has this kind of cloud over inviting someone. Thoughts please...
