Boat In The Bush...

On the way to Roberts Lake yesterday and just south of the Brown's Bay turn-off there was an interesting scene with an empty boat trailer, a boat in the bush beside the road and several people standing around.
We didn't stop at all but it looked like a boo-boo for sure.

Anyone know who how and all that??
