I redid my cushion myself last time. Wife did sew the edging cord. I think next time, I will just cover the foam with the marine Naugahyde. Cover and staple to the plywood. I get about 2 years out of a cover before a crab pot or knife holes it. So I think with the rounded edges from just stapling, I will get around to recover more often.
