I'd try A.L. Custom covers- 866-751 1894, in Nanaimo. A buddy had his Trophy top done and it was half the price that the nearest competitor was. 900$ as opposed to 1800$. Looks good and nice neat work. Shop around!!

I don't know if it is the same guy Rob, but there is a guy on Rosstown Rd. in Nanaimo that does canvases. I heard that he is reasonable as well. He is located just off of Bowen Rd. on the left hand side.
