Boat BBQ/Stove

Using a portable Coleman type unit on my boat now, but want to find a better unit and mount to gunnel. More cooking space and more BTU.
I see lots of guys have these units mounted on their boats but I know little to nothing about them.
Any ideas or what I need to look for or watch for when purchasing and mounting?

Thanks.

I have one of the older heavy aluminum sea b q"s, it's mounted on a heavy stainless base and stand up by the anchor.ill see if I can find a pic

I have a Dickenson as well and it works great! We have a rod holder mount that allows it to very sturdy as well as portable. As I recall we bought it at Steveston Marine when they had a sale on so not all that expensive.

I`ve been using the costco portable one for a few years now. I just bungy it to the handrails in the back of the boat. It`s nice in that it holds 2 costco meat pies side by side and you can close the lid. Have had some nice meals cooked with it. When its not in the boat I take it in my 5th wheel when we`re camping. price was pretty good too.
