Hawks can send the Wild to the beach tonight. Hawks 4-2. Anyone seen Toews, Hossa and Saad ? Between them I think they have a point or two but are so due for a breakout night. Suter is doing a job on them , for sure.

This will be a statement game for the Hawks. I think you might see a more aggressive team tonight as they have to kick it up a few notches for the next round for sure. I agree Bows the Toews line will have a breakout night. Hawks 6 Wild 2. eman

We split the difference at 5-1. Four down, twelve to go and some rest until Tuesday, I think. Would rather play Detroit as there would be less travel and less pounding than Anaheim. Actually just happy to be out of the first round.

This will be a great series no doubt. No love lost here. Hawks can't be sleeping off the start or the wings will pounce. Bolland's back, which gives the Hawks more grit and there going to need it going forward. Hawks 4 Wings 2. eman

Soo close, eman. Hawks looked grand tonight and Bolland was strong. Carcillo played solid as did the fourth line. Last half of the game was wave after wave of attacking Hawks.


Figure 10 am Sat is too early for beer ? Somehow champagne and orange juice doesn't work for me. Aah, the pressures of play-off hockey.
