A quick and easy recipe.
Pour whipping cream, into your mixing bowl.
Add Demerara Sugar to taste.
Add in a handful of berries for color and a little taste.
Whip vigorously.
Fold in more berries once the consistency is right.
Ladle into containers & freeze.
ENJOY!
