Moor in Sooke in May, fish west of Sherringham Pt for the big springs

IMO - until June there is more fish in the Victoria area then Sooke. Sure there's the odd hog around up at sherringham, but its far and weather often sucks.

You can have double digit hooks up off oak bay in May - you're not going to get that off Sooke.

yep & you're more likely to find those transient U.S clipped feedbaggers in these areas......
