Best Places To Stay In Nootka

Well no camping up a mountain side for me this year or rafting 3-4 deep.

Anyone know of a good dry place with bunks that is not going to empty my pockets?

Does anyone know anything about the floating cabin/bunk house and dock in Jewett Cove ? Owners? I towed a broken vessel from there (that ended up stranded at that dock/cabin) I always wondered if that could be rented out. Lovely location/huge dock, bunkhouse cabin.

X2 on Chinootka, close to $200 per night per person but includes all meals too. Really an easy way to fish the area, freezers, showers, running water at the dock...too easy.

there are two rentable cabins in jewet cove, the third cabin in between is in rough shape and not being rented. They are looked after by Paul Taporowski in Tahsis. The rates for last year were $350 per day for the small cabin and $550 for the large cabin. Small cabin sleeps about 8, large cabin sleeps about 12. Might be off by a dollar or two, but it is close to that.

Amazing the internet getting my answer so quickly!

The reason I asked was two-fold . One for myself as I'd love to stay in the cabin i was at( not sure which one but it was one level and floating with kitchen and couple bed rooms)
....also to answer fishassassin's query. 350.00 to 550 split between several guys and two or three boats that spot would be just awesome - I will try to dig out some photos of it.
