I have been buying my maintenance parts from Sherwood Marine but it is out of my way.
Any suggestions in Victoria or online for Oil, leg oil, filters, impellers, thermostats...

Thanks!

Amazon... You can probably find all of it there with free shipping. They don't have everything but fairly close.

Ask for a good guy discount? Sherwood has been pretty good to me at times, no special connection but when spending 3-400$ (parts and fluids for two engines) I don’t mind asking for a discount. I didn’t last time and regret it.
I have nothing but good things to say about Sherwood. I get any service I can't do myself done there. Just wondering if there is a more convenient option for basic parts. They are a long way from Langford. Not sure what is more valuable these days Gas or My Time but that drive is gas and time.

I ordered a maintenance kit for 9.9 Zuke recently from Suzuki online directly. Not sure if it was cheaper or not with shipping. Found the only good way is make one trip and get all my oils, zincs, gaskets, maintenance stuff for the year. Assuming they have it all in stock. I did find out it is cheaper to buy the 4L oil, filter, washers, gaskets separately, than the pre made oil change kits for my 115. About $10-$15 cheaper.

I do the same and make 1 trip try and line up with seapro at same time for gear.. best is to order from such places a few months in advance so they can get it in.. I have enough oil and filter and misc to last me for a few years

One of the service guy dropped off a part for me at my house once. Interesting where they could start adding value and growing their customer base. If one of their employees live in Sooke or Langford they might be able to capture a lot of that business, give them mileage or buy a cheap EV for them to use . All the auto parts places do it.

Just a word of caution about Amazon parts, make sure you order OEM or a high quality equivalent.
I have ordered thermostats and heat sensors that don't work.
Oil filters, gaskets, and plugs are no problem.
