Bent fin on my outboard

I dropped my outboard today and bent that fin that at the bottom of the leg,this shouldnt hurt anything should it,its not bent that much but it is noticable.Will it hurt the performance of the motor ? [:0]

The very worst scenario is that it may pull to one side
while under power.
i have run outboards with no skeg,(busted right off)
and they still work.
with a little T.L.C. you may be able to straighten it ,but
aluminum will break easy so be careful.

I've got a small bend in my skeg....not an issue and my motor is a 200hp with lot's of torque...shouldn't be an issue for you.
Don't try to bend it back....that's risky and could prove costly...
