For the first time in 15 years, I actually drew a couple!! Shared Kamloops Moose with my Brother - going to be some FUN!
Been FAR too long since we hunted together! And a bonus muley flathead same zone and time.

Both the boy and I each got Griz, my buddies group got 3 Moose, 3 Griz, 1 Goat and a Caribou...need more time off this year

Now have higher hopes for my Alberta draws that often provide far better results than B.C. Shooting blanks for years now with BC LEH....My boy didn't even get his Youth Peace Calf Moose at nearly 1:1 odds.

Absolutely Hear That! Drawn many tags over in Alberta through my last 15 year "Dry Spell" in BC. And I'm up for a couple again this season. Now hoping they don't run concurrent with the moose draw here! Tough to be in two places at once, and I ain't giving up the only tag I've drawn here in such a bloody long time!

BC's system is the Laughing Stock of the Hunting World. While almost every single Western Province, Territory & State has progressed to advanced draw systems that have been well proven to work for hunters, we still struggle along with a lottery style program that is fraught with flaws. Guess in many ways, BC still stands for Backwards Country...
