The Klanawa area is 1-03B, 3 bull tags for this year. Thats a once in a lifetime draw (if you're lucky), 157.3:1 odds for it in last years draw

I have a elk hunt draw in area 7-13 (Northish of Vanderhoof) The draw is a private land only hunt. I have never done a private land hunt, what is the process of finding somebody that wants elk shot off there properties, how do I find these people?

Call CO in the area and ask for any info they can provide. Otherwise knock on doors. My buddy knocked on doors but it was a lot closer area. He found you had to be quick. Lots of other hunters and guides could be knocking first. Good luck!

I was going to suggest a local Facebook page. I think you’d have some success with offering to bring up some fish etc…
