Bait in Campbel River

Hey Guys,

I am headed up Island tomorrow and will need to pick up some bait along the way en route into Kyuquot on Friday. Prefer to get some larger bait as opposed to chovies but will take what I can get.

I know I could stop in Parksville and get some at PNT.....but just wondering if my best bet in CR would be Sportsmans?

Redden net or tyee marine both are a block apart by KFC downtown

Redden Net has large, and xlarge herring, but best of all, they have Reds,
Which fit your anchovy holders. The reds work great in Winter Harbour
Just north of you. Just a short walk from the Anchor Inn ,lol. .....BB

Thanks guys......Redden it will be. Have done well with larger herring in chovie teaser heads in the past.


Demco.......plastic will be the last resort in desperation.....mind you that white glow cuttlefish you used 2 years ago worked pretty well if I recall correctly.
