Would you say something to someone you saw making an artificial reef in about 30 feet of water? Sinking all sorts of "stuff" (old woodstove, old aluminum boat, cinder blocks etc...).
I understand the motive behind it, but I'm not sure about the material or method. The area is almost exclusively sand, so I think the effort is wasted anyway since it will probably become buried in a relatively short amount of time.
Thoughts?
