STAN (noun): An overzealous or obsessive fan of a particular celebrity or sports team. Originally derived from the 2000 Eminem song of the same name. Often used to describe a fan who has an intense, dedicated, and sometimes excessive admiration. Usage can be positive or negative depending on the context. Like someone stating 'I'm a huge PEETZ stan and have every reel they ever made!'
With all the fans out there spanning 100 years, there must be at least two - Me and who else?? LOL
