Anyone out there have a speargun?

Im thinking about putting together a fishing video this summer. I know a spot where alot of 20-30lb lings hangout on a verticle ledge that drops from 10ft to 90ft. I wanna get a diving buddy to setup shop down there with a camera, then freedive down and try to get a ling on film. I think if the vis was good it would be a wicked video. Only problem is that i only have a sling that wouldnt harvest a big ling and an old speargun thats broken. I dont really want to buy a new gun since ill likely only do it once or twice this summer. If anyone out there has one and wouldnt mind lending it out for a day i would happily find a way to pay you back.

Hey Kelly........good luck with the idea!! There is a guy over on HuntingBC who is an avid spearfisherman and has great footage of his travels everywhere but also great footage over on Van Island as well.
