Anyone ever seen these white dots on canned salmon?

That's what I figured too. I just found it odd that none of the other jars had any of this. Just the normal amount of albumin. You can see it clearly on the capers, where as the othe ones, the capers were dark and green, like capers should look. View attachment 102679
I worked in microbiology labs both pathology and food labs for 7 years.

If it was mine I would bury it the garden, deep.
