Aluminum Fab - Can someone build this for me?

I have all the dimensions but it's roughly 10" wide x 20" tall. I was going to build it but realized I want a better job than I could do myself.

That's welded. The part that's caulked on is for removing for access to mechanicals. Makes sense to me

Yeah what I assumed. Mines small enough and accessible enough to not need it. Mounting point will be in the back plate, I hope

That's pretty cool. I was also thinking a slotted flasher holder inserted on top. Or three cup holders lol. Both very important. I'm going to line the inside storage and the top with some kind of rubber as well

Yes definitely thought drain hole. Was also thinking cup holder which might act as one? Was either going to go starboard insert or just sort of liner where junk would bang around.

Flare a piece of SS tube, drill a hole in the outside corner and JB weld the tubing in. Hose on the tube to the bottom.
