I assume you are talking about Truedue & the current Liberal Cabinet?
They NEVER answers a question. Instead answers the question they wanted you to ask...
No our neighbour is in deep and needs help and encouragement. Trudeau bashing can wait unless your agenda is different.

No I was just poking for fun. This one was just to easy to pass up.

Weird driving past the Keg last night and seeing the parking lot absolutely stuffed with cars and a line up coming out the front door.

No trip to Thormanby today after yesterday's announcement. The plan is solid and I like the way it's creating some incentive for vaccination, but my wife is hurting pretty bad. First time in years she won't have her birthday at the cabin.

Well AB announced it opening plan today & I like it. It has actual bench marks & holds the polititions accountable. Its possible that by June 28th everything could be wide open with NO restrictions or mask. The plan is based strictly off hospitializations & first dose Vaccines. Covid case counts are not a factor, as the plan is to protect health care capacity not eliminate covid. I know some folks think that will lead to armageddon, but look at AB numbers and it shows that Vaccines keep folks out of the hospitals and the morgue. Alberta has had a Huge 3rd wave and hospitalizations and deaths stayed steady.

If accurate, the U.S. move will place significant pressure on Canada to consider relaxing border restrictions at a time when provincial governments are still locking down their residents. Travel from one part of B.C. to another is still prohibited as is inter-provincial movement. Still, with Canadians eager to return to travel to their cabins in the U.S. or to vacation destinations, the Canadian government will be hard-pressed to deal with returning residents who don’t want to undergo 14-day quarantines as currently required. Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau had recently said the border would not be opened until 75 percent of Canadians had received at least one dose of a Covid-19 vaccine.

Absent a similar move from the Canadian government, the U.S. decision will not affect the ability of Point Roberts residents to access the mainland for non-essential purposes. It will, however, allow Canadians who own cabins in Birch Bay, Point Roberts and other areas to enter the U.S. to access them. As well, once they are here, they will be able to take advantage of Covid-19 vaccinations available through the various service providers.

This is to funny. Meanwhile the residents of BC cant go to the grandkids Bday because it's in a different health region. No were else would people allow the provincal government to pull these travel restrictions.

Honestly I am just thinking most folks dont watch news outside of thier province. With vaccination rates & hospitalizations so low in BC it should be close to wide open.

Want proff.... Look at the rest of the world who has done it. The UK, Israel, USA, ect. Vaccines have completely thrown any modeling out the window.

I would suggest that the US and Israel are WAY ahead of Canada in immunizations so their modelling should be different

Cant argue with that. However the UK is very simular to Canada with 1st doses when they started to open up. Also the timing of Texas & Florida was very simular to current conditions (vaccine doses) to western canada. However they no doubt thru had/have more natural immunity via recovered infections..
