The whole world needs to stand up to China. So many issues, human rights violations, south china sea issues with Taiwan and Japan. US has already sent additional ships over to the South China Sea. So many countries are so reliant on China though economically......

If this turns out true add it to the list of China atrocities that the world does not punish them for.

There’s always 3 sides to every story. Pro, anti and then the truth. When the actual facts go against personal beliefs we will spin it to fit our own perceived reality

Don't forget about the 4th side. When there is something that you don't want to talk about like the disaster that is unfolding. It's much better to point and say "squirrel" and rehash a story that you have rehashed before even though there is nothing new.

It would be better if the had actual number for covid cases and hospitalizations instead of just "low". I wouldn't find this acceptable at all as it leaves way to much room for interpretation. It allows for reaction to the "Progressive Tweeter Mob" when they start freaking out.

If enough pepole are vaccinated and not ending up in the hospital, then who cares.

That's right if you don't live on the Island. Tough one for me as it's our daughters 40th birthday in Vernon on June 5th.. Had my fingers crossed that June 1st the travel ban would be removed. Very disappointed with this decision. Have Salmon Lake booked for June 17th for some lake fishing. So far that's a small compromise.

yeah my trips not happening was going to do a late may early june to hardy. Kinda silly since hardy was vaccinated weeks ago. what ever im sure the economy is doing great on the island ill spend my dollars close to home.

i'm sure that was part of the calculation mid june is about when the bc travel season kicks off.

it is great news but i did think that vaccinated people would have more options then those that chose not to get vaccinated. It could affect vaccination rates in young people now.

it also seems that these measures are based on the amount of people who get dose 1.
