Hey does anyone have a rental property available for 3 - 4 months starting around Jan 9th/12? I would prefer something close to the water and or trails, please PM me. Thank you

Try a licensed rental company like First Service. Strata rental restrictions have just been changed by the provincial government so hypothetically there should be more units available. However, the first month of the new year is a popular month for people to take rental possession due to a move that usually happens during the holidays, families moving and switching schools, teachers arriving etc. Don’t wait too long.

North Van is an awesome place if you like the outdoors.
