Advice on value - 2002 Yammy F60

Contemplating repowering my Double eagle and am curious what members think i should ask for my current power. 2002 F60 no hr meter but its got lots. Paint peeling in cowel but always starts and runs strong. May come with controls and power cord if I dont repower with a yamaha but will include a prop.

if that helps compare.
Covid has likely increased the price like everything else.
