If the motor has quit, Ace will repair or replace according to how old and how much damage it has sustained.

motor still works but main sheave works for about an inch and a half of rotation then slips
are there any schematics avail or ?
or do i "JUST CALL ACE"?

That sounds like it could be an issue of the motor coupling, or gearbox output shaft slipping.
Call & describe it to Ace - they might lead you right to the cause.
