After reaching out to the manufacturer as well as other reel repair guys, only to be told that they could not fix them and would not even bother looking at them, @Hardy Guy reached out and said he would like to take a look. He fixed the reels for me. Both are good as new, and the charge was very reasonable.
I will definitely be using @Hardy Guy again in the future.
@Derby & @Aces, think you guys are both right. When I contacted Martin early this year regarding an avet, he said if it's a bearing issue then he will most likely have to send it into avet. After giving him the serial number of that specific reel. As they have changed sizes over the years multiple times. Even on the same models. I would assume it depends on availability on bearings when they manufacture runs of reels. I ended up repairing it myself. Turned out bearings were fine and just needed to be gone through.
