Accommodations in Campbell River

Any member know of reasonable accommodations in Campbell River.
Looking to go there for a week in mid August.
I have done a search on some of the lower priced motels and find that they
are being used by the Government as low cost rentals for the homeless
and are not getting very good reviews... Lots of bed bugs and sad stories of
people breaking into rooms. Maybe a good B&B near the waterfront ??

Might be too late to book but Salmon point has rental trailers, also the casa del mar motel used to be cheap and decent.
