What has been the court ruling on the Aboriginal fishery on the Fraser Sockey for 2008.
Food fishery that includes the sale of these fish????

Native fish sales are thought of as historical rights equated with barter and trade which has gone on sucessfully for centuries.
Government officials are less than enthusiastic about argueing that point.
Nothing will change until the runs are mostly gone as the new netting technigues with electronics catch loads of fish..
with the fuel prices there will be an endless customer base for sockeye sales.
