3.0 L Volvo Penta bearings

Just spun a bearing on my 3.0 L Volvo Penta where is a good place to buy parts and a good machine shop to do any machining just pulled engine today have not looked inside yet any help would be appreciated Im in Nanaimo

had thompson automotive/ machine shop rebuild a 350 for me , I was happy. That was 6 years ago but worth a call.
