I'll deep freeze it and eat it later, just to make sure the worms not surviwe, if any. I'll eat it anyway, I'll don't waste anything except guts. Wondering also is it safe to eat for kids?

It will be fine. I’ve eaten lots that size and bigger. Most of the worms will be in the vicinity of the gut bag.
